1.First you look for an old small size shirt around the house. If you don't have one you can go to the craft store and get one. There are a whole bunch of colors!
2.To start with cut off a sleeve from the shirt.
3.After you cut the sleeve there will be a diagonal look to the sleeve . To make it straight you start from the high side and cut till the sides are equal.
4.There will be a strip left, but don't throw it away because we are going to use it. You cut a thin strip from the strip.
5.Then take your sleeve and in the sleeve will be a front layer and a back layer.In the front layer cut two tiny slits and take the small strip and put it through the holes and tie in the back with the remaining strap tie it around the head like a head band.
Extra
- You can glue fabric flowers on your top.
- You can draw with fabric marker on your top and make fashionable designs.
- You can glue sequins and jewels and make your top fancy.
- You can glue a button in between your slits.
- You can attach a bow on your top.
