1.dolls want to go to ballet class well they can leave without a tutu!Get a ribbon at a craft store and as many different colors of tulle as you want!!
2.Measure how much ribbon you need to tie the tutu around the waist
3.next fold the tulle so it looks like this
4 cut every two inches and if you need to cut more cut more.
5.put your ribbon around your doll waist and then tie it like this
6.keep doing knots till you finish your tutu!
