1.cut the halter neck top you made out of a sleeve
2.For the shorts cut another sleeve from the same or different shirt cut from the diagonal lineto the straight end or you can just make a round with another piece of fabric and join the middles together and sew.
3.Then take the front middle and the back middle and sew it together.and you are done
