1.lay your doll across a piece of felt make sure it is twice the body width and cut it depending on how long you want it to be.
2.Then fold the felt in half and fold the separate parts together.
3.Use a pen and sketch out the planing of your dress then cut it out and sew along your lines and you are done!!
